Our Commitment
- We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. If you receive a defective unit, we provide hassle-free returns with overnight replacements when available, or a full refund if a replacement isn't in stock.
Defective or Incorrect Items (DoA Policy)
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within seven days.
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Under the DoA Policy, customers benefit from a 1-year warranty, and no restocking fee will be applied for returns due to defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Warranty Exclusions
- Our 1-year warranty does not apply if:
- The product has been subjected to normal wear and tear.
- The product has been mistreated, mishandled, improperly installed, or configured.
- The product has been subjected to accidents, lightning, power surges, incorrect electrical voltage, or any electrical stress.
- The product has been altered or modified.
- The product was sold "as-is" with any cosmetic or functional flaws communicated to the customer prior to sale.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned.
This includes products sold "as-is," services, software, licenses, special orders, and consumables like batteries and ink. Non-returnable items will be clearly marked in the product listing.
Return Process
1- Complete the RMA form within one year of purchasing the equipment.
2- Our dedicated customer service team will contact you for additional details and provide a shipping label if applicable.
3- Properly package the equipment to prevent damage during shipping.
4- Return the equipment to Netyorker using the provided shipping label within 30 days of the return request being approved.
5- Await confirmation of hardware arrival at Netyorker and allow two business days for credit to be issued or a replacement to be sent.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies if the product is returned undamaged, in its original condition, and not due to defects, damage, or incorrect items. Upon receiving the returned item, we will verify the serial number, retest the unit, and then issue your refund.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed immediately upon receiving, verifying, and testing the returned product. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
